From May 1st to June 30 2015, Carmine spent a period of research in Mathematical Analysis at the Laboratoire de Mathématiques "Raphaël Salem", Université de Rouen.
During the project Messaggeri della Conoscenza he won a scholarship as first prize, which supported his stay in Rouen.
From April 2nd to June 30th 2017, Carmine was host of the Departamento de Matematica of Universidade de Brasília for doing research in group theory.
He was partially supported by the National Group for Algebraic and Geometric Structures, and their Ap- plications (GNSAGA – INdAM)
